A new approach to criminal law

Co-founder of DTA. Specialist in Criminal Sciences from the Escola Superior do Ministério Público de São Paulo, André has worked for over ten years in Corporate Criminal Law, having an extensive experience in criminal cooperation programs. André was part of the Corporate Criminal Law team at one of the largest full-service law firms in Brazil and completed a secondment in the USA, at one of the largest technology companies in the world.

Specialist in Criminal Sciences at the Higher School of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the State of São Paulo.

Law degree from Mackenzie Presbyterian University.
