A new approach to criminal law

Caio provides consulting and advisory services to legal entities and individuals in administrative and criminal proceedings, mainly in the area of Economic Criminal Law. His area of study and author of articles on artificial intelligence and crimes against the financial system.

During his undergraduate studies, he was editor-in-chief of NOVA Revista de Direito Penal do Instituto de Ciências Penais (ICP) and was a Scientific Initiation scholarship recipient on two occasions, with funding from the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq), in addition to being a member of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation’s (FGV-SP) Observatory of Corporate Criminal Law.

Education

Master’s degree in Criminal Law from the University of São Paulo (USP).

Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (São Paulo).
