Criminal lawyer since 2002, Davi was head of Corporate Criminal Law at one of the largest full-service law firms in Brazil and advisor to a Justice at the Brazilian Supreme Court. He is a professor of Criminal Law at UERJ and author of several books, including “Criminal Tax Law” (Quartier Latin) and “Culpability” (Saraiva). Davi is frequently invited to give his opinion on matters involving criminal liability in the main media outlets in Brazil.
