A new approach to criminal law

Postgraduate in Criminal Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of
Rio Grande do Sul (PUC-RS) and a bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Felipe works mainly in Digital Criminal Law, with topics such as breach of data confidentiality and cooperation
and response to authorities. He also has experience in fields related to tax, environmental and consumer crimes, having been part of the Corporate Criminal Law team of a traditional full service office in Brazil.
