A new approach to criminal law

Doctor and Master in Criminal Law from UERJ. Guest professor of the Postgraduate courses in Digital Law at ITS Rio/UERJ and in Criminal Advocacy at UERJ/OABRJ. Known for working at the intersection between criminal law and technology, Gabriel has an extensive experience in analyzing criminal risks arising from the implementation of new products, providing legal consultancy after information security incidents and representing technology companies in criminal matters.
