A new approach to criminal law

Master in Criminal Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) and Postgraduate in Criminal Procedure and Fundamental Guarantees from the Brazilian Academy of Constitutional Law (ABDConst). Lawyer with around ten years of experience in criminal law, focusing on crimes against the tax
system, the environment and the national financial system. He is the author of several articles on criminal matters in Brazil and abroad, a reviewer
for academic journals and a member of the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences (IBCCRIM)
