A new approach to criminal law

On the flip side of the advantages brought about by global integration facilitated by new technologies, new risks and vulnerabilities arise for participants in this globalized society. Disinformation, hackers and cancellations are examples that can directly affect human activities in general, and business activities in particular. In the Brazilian environment, other relevant vectors are added, such as poor predictability and overlapping punitive instances.

This is our mission: to use our lawyers’ extensive academic and professional experience to find the most appropriate solution, taking into account the legal and reputational ramifications at stake. More than different legal perspectives, we believe that the convergence of diversity is fundamental: people with different genders, gender identities, races and national and social origins are better able to effectively see a problem in its entirety.
