A new approach to criminal law

Specialist in Criminal Justice Systems from the Escola Superior do Ministério Público da União (ESMPU) and Specialist in Human Rights from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and member of Women In Law Mentoring Brazil. Before joining the office team, Shaiane was an advisor at the Federal Public Prosecutor’s Office (MPF). She has extensive experience in advising clients in the areas of criminal law, business criminal law and administrative sanctioning law.
