A new approach to criminal law

Victor Labate is a lawyer at Davi Tangerino Advogados and has been working with Corporate Criminal Law for over 12 years, having defended individuals and companies, both domestic and foreign, in cases involving environmental crimes, corruption, asset laundering and competition crimes.

She also works on the development of compliance programs and offers internal training to prevent business risks. He has experience in negotiating leniency agreements and collaboration agreements with public authorities (CADE, MPF, AGU/CGU).
