A new approach to criminal law

PhD candidate and Master in Criminal Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo (Department of Criminal Law), approved with “Summa Cum Laude” concept, and holds a postgraduate degree in Economic Criminal Law from IBCCrim in partnership with the University of Coimbra (Portugal). Vinicius completed a secondment at one of the largest technology companies in the world and works mainly in Digital Criminal Law. He is the author of books and articles on criminal matters, including international criminal law, a reviewer for academic journals, and a member of the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences (IBCCRIM).
